Refund and Returns Policy

1. TOBACCO PRODUCTS – ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the nature of tobacco products, all cigar sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any tobacco products, regardless of condition, unless required by law.

2. ACCESSORIES – DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

For accessories (humidors, cutters, lighters, etc.), we accept returns or exchanges only if the product arrives damaged or defective. – You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. – Provide proof of damage (clear photos showing the defect) along with your order number. – Once verified, we will offer a replacement (if available) or store credit. – Refunds for accessories are not offered; only replacement or store credit.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Cigars and all other tobacco products (final sale)
  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used accessories (unless defective as described in section 2)

4. PARTIAL REFUNDS (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations: – Accessories with obvious signs of use or missing parts that were not caused by our error. – Any item returned after 48 hours of delivery (if accepted at our discretion).

5. PROCESSING RETURNS

To initiate a return for an eligible accessory, please contact us at info@casafuegocigars.com with your order number and photos of the defect. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have been approved for a refund and have not received it within a reasonable time:
– Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
– Contact your credit card company or bank; there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
– If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@casafuegocigars.com.
