This document governs the use of Casa Fuego® | Cigars & Accessories and applies to all visitors, customers, and
users.

1. AGE RESTRICTION (21+)

This website and its products are intended strictly for individuals twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By accessing this site, placing an order, or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that you are legally permitted to purchase tobacco products in your state or country. Casa Fuego® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if age verification cannot be confirmed.

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Casa Fuego® offers premium cigars, cigar accessories, and curated cigar experiences. All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without notice. All products are intended for personal use only and not for resale unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times provided are estimates only. Casa Fuego® is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We do not ship to PO Boxes where age verification at delivery is required.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of tobacco products, all cigar sales are final and non-refundable. Accessories may be eligible for replacement only if defective. Any claim for a defective accessory must be reported within fourteen (14) days of delivery, accompanied by proof of purchase and photos of the defect. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

6. EVENTS & PRIVATE SERVICES

Deposits for private events or curated experiences are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Casa Fuego® reserves the right to refuse service for any lawful reason.

7. HEALTH WARNING

Tobacco products contain nicotine and may cause serious health risks. Casa Fuego® makes no medical claims and assumes no responsibility for health outcomes.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, images, text, and branding are the exclusive property of Casa Fuego® and may not be used without written authorization.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Casa Fuego® shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, products, or services.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
